Shipping Information
UPS Shipping
After placing your order you will receive a copy of your order
by email. Please keep this copy for your records. We process orders Monday through
Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Arizona Time, holidays and weekends excluded. If your
order is shipping via UPS you will receive an automated email with your tracking
information.
If your order is over $250 and you require expedited shipping via UPS Next Day,
2nd Day, or 3 Day Services actual shipping charges may vary. Please contact a representative
to avoid delays in your shipment. (Rates vary based on the weight of the items ordered)
Credit Card Payment Shipping Policy
The billing address of all credit card orders must
match the shipping address for your order to be processed. (Customers that have
a pre-existing account are excluded.) If you are an
established company, school, hospital, state, local or federal institution, etc.
and have a different billing address, please list it in the comments section of
our checkout form. We will verify the information prior to shipping your order as
we will only ship to verifiable addresses.
COD Shipments
We do not ship COD.
APO Shipments
All APO shipments are sent by US MAIL. Please complete the order form and we will
contact you by email with the corrected freight amount for your approval prior to
shipping.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin
Islands Shipments
UPS Ground and Air rates on the chart below do not apply. Please complete the order
form with your preferred delivery schedule included in the "Comments"
section of the checkout form. We will contact you by email with the corrected freight
amount for your approval prior to shipping. (Air shipments to these locations do
not have guaranteed delivery days by UPS)
Canada and Mexico Shipments
($100 Minimum Order) All orders must be prepaid in US Dollars by Wire Transfer or
Western Union. For Canadian purchases we do except Credit Card payments for existing
accounts and verifiable addresses. Please complete the order form with your complete
shipping address. We will contact you by email with the corrected UPS Freight charges,
balance due, and detailed instructions. (Air shipments to these locations do not
have guaranteed delivery days by UPS)
International Shipments
($250 Minimum Order) All orders must be prepaid in US Dollars by Wire Transfer or
Western Union. Please complete the order form with your complete shipping address.
We will contact you by email with the corrected UPS Freight charges, balance due
and detailed instructions. (Air Shipments to these locations do not have guaranteed
delivery days by UPS)
Freight Collect
Only customers with pre-existing accounts with us can use this service. Please include
your UPS or FedEx account number in the "Comments" section of the checkout
form. FedEx Collect is for the USA only. We do not offer any of the FedEx ground
services. FedEx collect is for air services only. All ground shipments go by UPS.
Most orders will ship from our Arizona location. We also ship from our warehouses
in California, New York, and North Carolina.
When calculating the UPS delivery date, do not include the day the order was
placed, weekend days or holidays.
Most orders will ship the same day if the order is placed before 3PM Arizona Time.
