We process orders Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Arizona Time, holidays and weekends excluded. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. By logging in to your account you can view the status and tracking information of your order at any time.

All shipments going to a residential address will require a signature upon delivery.

We do not ship COD.

All APO shipments are sent by US MAIL. Please contact a sales representative via email at sales@idsupply.com for assistance with your order.

If you have an existing UPS collect account and would like to have your shipment billed to your account please add your account number and the method of shipping you would like in the "Comments" section of the online order confirmation. Please note that the charges for freight will be removed from your order before we process your order.

Most orders will ship from our Arizona location. We also ship from our warehouses in Washington, Nevada, Tennessee, and South Carolina.

When calculating the UPS delivery date, do not include the day the order was placed, weekend days or holidays.

Most orders will ship the same day if the order is placed before 3PM Arizona Time.
