Shipping Information

UPS Shipping
We process orders Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, Central Time, holidays excluded. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information. By logging in to your account you can view the status and tracking information of your order at any time. If we have stock, most orders will ship the same day if the order is placed before 1PM Central Time.

Residential Addresses
Effective November 24, 2025, we no longer ship orders directly to residential addresses. All orders placed with an apartment or residential home address must be delivered to a UPS Access Point for secure pickup. We will select the closest UPS Access Point to the shipping address, unless customer has a preferred UPS Access Point location.

This policy helps ensure safe, reliable delivery and reduces the risk of lost or stolen packages. 

International Shipments

IDSupply.com is not responsible for any duties & taxes that may incur on international shipments.

APO Shipments
All APO shipments are sent by USPS Priority Mail. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact a sales representative.

Freight Collect
If you have an existing UPS collect account and would like to have your shipment billed to your account please add your account number and the method of shipping you would like in the "Comments" section of the online order confirmation. Please note that the charges for freight will be removed from your order before we process your order.
