We offer net 30 terms to the States, Municipalities, and the US Government, as well as businesses, hospitals, and schools of all types. We reserve the right to refuse credit to anyone. We use D&B and other sources to verify credit worthiness. If you are one of the above and wish to open an account, please fax or email us: 3 current trade references with phone and fax numbers as well a contact person. Also give us your banking information with a bank contact, phone and fax numbers.

Credit Card Orders. We have our own merchant account and software that does address verification and verifies the card security numbers (the 3 digits on the back of MasterCard or VISA that follow the account number on the back of the card in or near the signature stripe. On AMEX cards there are four digits above  the account number to the right. See directly below.

Your credit card is charged only after we have verified all information. Our shopping cart system does not automatically charge your account. Typically we will only accept credit cards for orders made and shipped within the United States. The only exceptions are United States territories and possessions such as Puerto Rico. In most cases we can obtain address verification for these locations. If we can not receive address verification on any card, we reserve the right not to ship.

Credit Card Gift Cards. We accept gift cards but you must first call the number on the card and register a name and address so that when we run the card the name and address will verify.  We do this to protect you and prevent fraudulent purchases from being made on your card.

Western Union and Wire Transfer payments. We also accept payment by wire transfer ($10 bank fee) and Western Union. Please select ‘Wire transfer’ or ‘Western Union’ for payment type when placing your order. We will contact you via email with detailed instructions.

We also accept PayPal. If you wish to use PayPal you must enter your order online. The transaction must be no more than $5000.00 (USD) for the merchandise and shipping. You will receive a notice from PayPal to make the payment. PayPal is only accepted by us for shipments to verified addresses within the United States.
