Our Butterfly Laminates are made from High Quality American made Materials. Butterfly pouches are made from a single piece of plastic that has been scored down the middle where it folds in half. By using butterfly pouches and our Perforated Teslin Cards you can create a professional borderless ID Card.

Our Standard
Laminates are made from High Quality materials. Standard laminates
are typically used with an insert that requires a fully sealed edge
around it. The insert is always smaller than the laminate to create an
even clear border around the periphery of the insert. For laminates without the border seal,

Butterfly Laminates.
The smaller card size laminates typically have approximately an 1/8" seal around the edges. Larger laminates have a larger sealed edge of approximately 1/4". Total thickness of the finished card will be twice the mil thickness shown as each side of the laminate is the same. Also see Clearance Pouches for non-standard laminates. We can add slots or round holes to any pouch.
