Hours of Operation: Our telephones are answered Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, Arizona time. We are closed on all major holidays, and we always shut down from December 24th through January 1st. Ordering: We prefer that you place your orders using our shopping cart system or by fax. This helps prevent errors in your order and you will automatically emailed a copy of your order showing all items, quantities, and prices. Our site uses the highest level of SSL Internet Security to transmit your order and credit card information. All Credit Card charges will show up on your credit card statement as purchases from ID Plus our parent company. Most orders ship the day after they are entered. You also have the option of filling out the order form and sending in a Certified Check or Money Order. By filling out the Checkout form, we'll make sure your order is ready to go when the Payment arrives. We do not ship items COD. ID Supply ships internationally for all orders totaling at least $250 (USD). Payments for all international orders are by wire transfer or Western Union. Company Operations: We have been designing and manufacturing Identification Products since 1988. We have over 50 years of combined experience in this industry. We have been selling Identification Cameras and Supplies to Identification Dealers worldwide since 1994. Unlike many of our online competitors, we want you to know who we are and prominently display our company information on our checkout pages. We also stock most of the products we offer. We do not stock every PVC ID Card Printer because the manufacturers are continually improving their products. We print and die cut in-house using lithographic (offset printing) and digital processes. |

What we do:
We manufacture, import, and
distribute Identification Products.
We also manufacture or add value
added features to lanyards and badge
reels. We have our own die cutting
and printing departments. We
process Teslin, Teslin ID Cards, and
Teslin Sheets, as well as some
laminating pouches. We print and
die cut inserts for retractable
badge reels and Ultra Cord lanyards.
Our in house printing department
utilizes digital and offset
(lithographic) printing. Our
proprietary Digital Printing is for
small quantities of printed ID
Cards, Badge Reels Inserts, and
Lanyard Inserts. Offset printing is
used for all large quantities. Security: This site utilizes the highest level of SSL security available. All transactions are completed over a secure network. The secure network that our orders are sent to has never been compromised. As an added protection, we permanently remove the orders from the network promptly. Our credit card processing software uses address verification. You can also fax us your order to (623) 869-0080 if you prefer. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Our credit card processing software will verify your billing address prior to shipment. If it's not correct, it will not ship without a verifiable explanation. We do this check manually using the latest software available. We will contact you prior to shipment if there is a problem. Connection is made by a direct link to our credit card processor. We will only ship to the same address as the credit card, unless you are using a personal card to order for your company, school, hospital, federal, state, or local government facility. We will verify all information prior to shipment.
Return Policy and Warranty:
We will replace any defective
product at no charge. We will accept
returns of stocked products for a
restocking charge of 20% (minimum
restocking fee of $25) unless we
have prior arrangements with you. We
routinely waive the restocking fee
but we do so at our own discretion. We sell only new
printers and each manufacturer has a
warranty covering their
products. Go to the printer
manufacturer's web site to see
specific warranty information. Also
read the licensing agreement of any
software prior to opening the disk
package. You must notify us to get
an RMA number for returnable products. Returns must be made
no later than 30 days after the date
of purchase. Returned products must
be new and in original sealed packaging.
ID card printers and custom made products are not
returnable. Ultra Lanyards,
die-cut products, and all printed
products are considered custom
products, and are not returnable
unless defective. We make no
warranties as to the suitability of
a product for a particular use. Open Account Terms: We offer net 30 day terms to well established businesses, organizations, governments and public schools. To open a net 30 account please fax or email: Three trade references with a contacts phone and fax number. Your company’s banking information with a contacts phone and fax number. Most accounts approval the same day. We reserve the right to refuse 'Net 30' terms. Shipping: Most orders ship the day after they are entered. We ship Monday through Friday. We ship using, UPS and FedEx. Our shipping rates are posted on this page: SHIPPING. We can also bill freight directly to your UPS or FedEx account. This may be the best value if you a better discount schedule with UPS or FedEx. These are all options selected on our checkout page. We gladly accept government orders to APO and FPO addresses. |
